"Once the sentences in past simple on the blackboard have been read aloud, now the students have the task of copying them on their notebooks.
Circulate among the rows to check up they are making correct spelling.
This concentration may give an atmosphere of quietness, neat work, and interiorizing the pattern.
One volunteer comes forward and writes one sentence in that verbal tense.
I assure you that you'll have more than one volunteers [sic]."
