There are people for
whom delegating work is difficult. Think for instance of directors of
departments of a school.
They prefer to do things themselves, but they can’t
reach everything and every task. Those people ought to learn how to delegate
stuff to do in others’ hands.
Besides if they delegate, they can be fostering
other people’s initiatives. Not only the director of the department carries out
all the labor: his colleagues can perfectly have initiatives and nice ways to
