1622. Your colleagues and you on the right pathway



There are people for whom delegating work is difficult. Think for instance of directors of departments of a school. 

They prefer to do things themselves, but they can’t reach everything and every task. Those people ought to learn how to delegate stuff to do in others’ hands.
