77. How can I gain fluency at speaking?

Joe told me,
"A person who speaks English has read novels massively.
And intensely.
He or she has enjoyed reading an adventure novel, a romance one, a science-fiction one. This person understands novels more and more, more and more easily.
This person focuses on expressions, idioms, words. And when she or he speaks, this person has a treasure where he can retrieve words from. This person can speak more accurately, and going into more specific information."
