The best discipline is self-discipline. 

The students get submitted and engaged in their own learning just because they want to. Tell your young students about all this, for them to apply that discipline: their job is learning, studying, practicing, etc. 

David Stevenson has been one of the people to state that. A discipline that must be applied (from outside the students) is not a good one. David Stevenson is an expert at World War I. He’s a historian scholar.
