2112. How to help disruptive students

A colleague of ours teachers told me few weeks ago that in his school there aren’t individual tutoring sessions.

However he himself takes disruptive students from their classrooms and talks to them. He makes those poor rascals think about their mischievous actions.

He treats those kids gently and nicely. He gains those kids to the good side of behavior, and then he tells them about their wrong deeds and how to improve and better. / Photo from: whitebuffalosolutions com
