2544. How to Help Teens

One hour ago I passed by a group of teens next to their school, though they haven’t started classes yet.

They looked to be just hanging around, sipping their last vacation days.

One of them was singing a rap song, this is, an urban spoken-word music style. I felt pity about them: the song had a lot of bad words, four-letter words, swear words or cuss words (sorry).

I also thought they might have not had anybody who could have taught them the malice of that song. If only their parents or parent would listen to them! We teacher and tutors can reach confidence with those or other kids, and so explain what is wrong and what is beautiful – beauty is educative. / Photo from: Harbour-Noche es wallpapersma com
