1540. What is the best concentration?

I sing in a choir, the one of the parish of San Ildefonso, in Granada, Spain.

After the practice, while we’re going down the stairs to enter the church, we have been told to keep focused and concentrated on the chants, and not to chatter amongst us.

Obviously we’re adults, and we’re supposed to have self-discipline. This latter one is the best of disciplines – we do not need another adult person keep us silent and focused. / Photo from: Students working in the library. www theguardian com
