1657. Get along with your students

Psychologists are summoned when for example there was a terrorist attack and outrage. They accompany the families of the victims.

We teachers can learn from them, bearing our students in mind.

Those psychologists get happy with the news from the families they accompany. We can become happy with the things that make our students happy.

Tactfully praise what they did well. Get serious and circumspect with what makes them sad and maybe even cry.

Listen, listen and listen to your students.

Get along with them. Stand by them.
