1703. A teacher that passed on his like for math

French writer and teacher Daniel Pennac once wrote about his math teacher, in a book, Chagrin d’École, and the main point is that he and his classmates respected that teacher and they didn’t make a mess in his classes.

Why?

Because he had a like for his school subject, and passed on that interest to his students. At the beginning of his classes, in a few minutes, the students and their teacher were diving inside the world of mathematics.

This teacher passed also on his like for math. This made Mr. Pennac keep a like for his school, I guess. / Photo from: profesora y alumnas. www centrovidayfamilia com
