1707. Trying to improve the record. Class management

Class management and discipline: two topics that concern each and every teacher, in some way or another.

Misbehavior in classes, disruptive students… We try to quench the problems from the roots. But the roots aren’t inside the school walls.

We should refer, then, to social problems, families with problems of communication, the kids have only one parent because the marriage split up some years before, drugs, sex, street violence or at least violence between groups, parent’s unemployment, bullying, etc.

You teacher, me teacher too: let’s improve ourselves, let’s better, and we will have started to solve the problems. Let’s improve as persons and we’ll have two rascals fewer than before.

Saint Josemaria said that these crises were crises of saints, and then, “Pax Christi in regno Christi”, this is, Jesus Christ’s peace in Jesus Christ’s reign. / Photo from:  skiing. www gambling911 com
