2611. Getting to Learn about Our Students' World and Interests



We teachers should know about our students’ world and interests. 

A colleague of ours at lunch today told us he had read all the sequels of Harry Potter, when he was a teacher in a north of Spain school. Otherwise, he told us, what he was going to talk about at tutoring sessions with his kids – of course they talked about studies and other topics.
