2615. Are You Stressed Out?



Warmers or warm-ups are necessary in class, to make the students get focused on the school subject of English, but it may be also useful and helpful for us the teachers! 

We may arrive at the class in a hurry, or fast from the street, and we’re sweating and the like, and we too need to relax, to be able to teach regularly.

  I wrote a few days ago the following.  One more year has begun. And today I’m going to let you know about something I lately do when lesson planning, in case it may help you out.  I teach English to adults.
