477. Going back to the problem



One day teacher of English A said to teacher of English B, “Discipline in the school? Consider the following case and try draw your conclusions. In certain school a student, when hanging around in the playground with his friends, a teacher went past them, at some steps away. That student said sort of a disgusting nickname at this teacher, an insult, coming to the head. The teacher consulted this case with another teacher, and the latter one, a veteran one, told the former that this student ought to be expelled from the high school.


Ultimately the aggraviated teacher addressed the direction staff and they agreed the ‘small terrorist’, so to speak, had to continue at the school. If the decision would be to fire the kid, this process should keep something educative for him, should not hurt him forever, and a beneficial thing for his life.


Anyway, on this blog you have heard the first thing to do is to make helping tutorials, and useful punishments, if any.

  A lot of us people want to learn a language – I teach English and keep learning it! – and we have to practice all four language skills: listening, speaking, reading, and writing.  For me and many of us listening may be the most difficult skill to acquire, but with practice you do improve a lot, believe me.  Anyway, today I would like to tell you especially about reading. One day English teacher A said to English teacher B, “Management of the class and discipline is something the student has got to acquire by himself. The best discipline in the classroom is one's self-discipline, and is learned and acquired by students.  One way is to be grateful, to show gratitude.  If you, teacher, thank your students for a well-done small job for example, this action serves to keep more discipline.  Some students can be rude, right, but I guess that if you thank one of them in a repeated way, day after day, he will behave a bit better. If you teacher are polite and serious and a bit conspicuous, plus you don’t lose your temper, the class will develop better and better.  Teens feel insecure and they’re growing their personality, so if you treat them in a polite way, they will grow up fine. A goal. An ultimate goal we need for our lives.  Have you ever thought about that? I assume you have, for all of us ask ourselves about the goal of our life at sometime.  What’s my mission here? What are my goals? Do I have an ultimate goal? Or otherwise do I live at day, on just today?  A sensible person ought to have a final goal, oughtn’t to? Our students and their families should have an ultimate goal alike.  Some people carry out their labor fine and the remaining of a regular day as well, and offer all that to our Father God.
