2349. How to run a teachers meeting. Some tip



I well can remember the sessions with other teachers of the same grades (academic years) we had to evaluate each student’s work and other possibly remarkable circumstances, along two or three months. 

It was in the school of Jaén where I worked, before coming to Granada. 

We didn’t confine our work to grade the students and deliver the grates bulletin to each student, to show it at home. 

We used to talk about each student at those meetings. It was something more human and humane. We evaluated the kid and talked about what could influence in his work development and performance. / Photo from: www isu edu
