1501. Getting along with colleagues

When working with the other members of the department of English, the first thing you ought to take into account is getting along with them.

Don’t be a passive element either. Have your say, which could improve the teaching of English (or any other language).

Be faithful and loyal to the other members: be like a fist.

All the members’ work together and separated boosts the teaching of English.

Something else: do not talk bad about a colleague; talk to him or her; if you cannot say anything positive about someone, it’s better to stay silent. If one member of the department does things bad in some way or another, talk to him or her directly. / Photo from: international reading library. www staffs ac uk
