1843. The art of conducting a class-group



Some years ago, in a class, a friend of mine that is a teacher now reprimanded his students in a hard way and speaking too up. 

Later he thought there were students who had done nothing wrong. 

On the next day, in order to balance the reprimanding, he congratulated their effort and struggle to behave well. 

He then noticed that the best discipline is self-discipline. And that the students had got to learn how to behave nice. They were in some way trying to behave well, learning to behave properly.
