1856. Homework or not?

In learning/acquiring a language, homework is just necessary, because anybody needs to spend hours plus hours in order to interiorize and actually grasp English or any other language.
This doesn’t mean we teachers should assign a lot of work to our students to carry out at home or in a library.
Coming to the head, it’s the learner himself who ought to dedicate this or that period of time to learn and acquire.
So we teachers could foster homework in a positive way, plus good grades. Perhaps we can set some homework (they have close to ten more school subjects), and suggest this or that, or whatever the learner thinks it’s ok with him. / Photo from: balloon. inhabitat com
