1063. Managing the class as an aid for working

Teacher B said to teacher A, “In the classroom there should be discipline and an appropriate managing, of course, but with good manners, and helping the students become aware of the responsibilities they must fulfill, for everyone’s sake.

We teachers should be polite when addressing the students.

One kid told me their teacher assigned desks in the classrooms: some rows of those desks were for silly students (!). That teacher used a word similar to ‘silly’ in their mother language. Evidently that way is not the appropriate one.

Managing and discipline help create a nice atmosphere of work and collaboration.” / Photo from: emeralddesign wozaonline co za. full color printing
