Teacher B said to teacher A, “Do you remember that teacher who spoke in her students’ mother language in class? 

She was expected to teach English to low-level students. 

I would talk more in English, although I might have to go more slowly because of explaining slowly, repeating, giving examples, using the chalkboard, using different ways to explain the same thing, giving more examples, using cognate words…
