1275. Should the teacher love his students?

Teacher B said to teacher A, “A good teacher loves his students with love of benevolence, that is, he wants and pursuits the best for his students.

As well that teacher has affection for his students.

He likes to teach, and he also likes treating kids. It is this kind of teacher the one that has success concerning his teaching and his students’ results in their grades [or: marks], knowledge, vision of things, values, virtues, preparation for life.

Once someone asked a teacher how he could bear his students’ mess. And he says something like: “Because I love them”.

This love of benevolence and affection are necessary to become a good teacher, I would say. / Photo from: www lnu edu ua
