One day teacher A said to teacher B, “So, give your student a present for her effort. A present which is praising her effort. Not only her achievements but also her efforts. In that way she learns how to study, how to face up to the next activity. That way she will improve and effectively learn English. She will take the good techniques or learning strategies, and will put aside the useless ones. Respect your student, her human dignity, and she will respect you. You must respect every person’s great dignity. Any person is valuable just because he or she is unique, and worth to commit your life to her or his improvement as a person. And today I’m going to let you know about something I lately do when lesson planning, in case it may help you out.  I teach English to adults.
