1203. A current vacation course

Teacher A said to teacher B, “We have already begun a vacation course, and one of the activities is English. There are 18 kids.

English is the most intellectual activity – others are computer games, little soccer…

It is tough and hard to manage behavior: the boys are so playful, rascals, naughty, smart cookies… but they have virtues too.

Girls attend a similar program in their center.

In some way the boys tend to boycott the classes of English. I try to get into the classroom and get out with an intact dignity.

I’ve got to calm them down often. We do games. In total I’ll teach only 4 hours, yet they’re so tense. The general result however is ok. And their lives are in my hands in some way.” / Photo from: drafthouse com. football
