1871. No way, you're more valuable!



Some people and some students have a low self-esteem. 

And they are more valuable than what they think about themselves. 

We teachers can help them by asking them what positive traits and features they have, and write them down on a sheet of paper. 

Tentatively they will see more positive points. We've got to tell them to be honest, for they have more positive points than what they think, as I said. / Photo from: mentalhealth answers com
