2541. A Nice Back to School!



Now at the beginning of a new academic year most of our students have a positive attitude, which is normal in a person: they start the course with a positive mood, and thinking, “This year I’m going about the school subjects better!”. 

Your attitude must be a mixture of rigor, seriousness, facilitating their learning and acquiring English, understanding and comprehending each student, cordiality. 

Give them positive motivation, gently praising their hitting the target, aid, advancing little by little, not leaving any student behind… / Photo from: www 15trees com au

We have freedom, tentatively, and by principle.   I wrote a few days ago the following.  One more year has begun. And today I’m going to let you know about something I lately do when lesson planning, in case it may help you out.  I teach English to adults. And when I start to plan a new lesson, I wonder, Okay, what should I do to really help my students learn that language? Because each and every class should be one step forward in their learning and acquiring English.  Secondly I also could wonder, Okay, what can I do next class to make my students become autonomous learners?
