1006. Teacher: Go to their World!

Teacher B said to teacher A, “I’m right when I say that you have to learn from your students.

You may not know their world: singers, movies, fashions, the Play Station, their way of thinking, their feelings... So, talk with them about these things. It’s very important that both teacher and students go on the same level.

Otherwise you can set a text to comment on that the students do not like at all. The tutoring sessions with each kid can be very fruitful for that reason.” / Photo from: additionalpongipoints blogspot com. guy playing acoustic guitar
