1075. Tutoring sessions with my students: helpful I'd say

Teacher A said to teacher B, “I’ve told you many things about tutoring sessions with the students. Remember you must listen, listen, listen to what the student is telling you. Quite often it’s somewhat hard for them to speak for long.

Listen and love with Aristotelian love of benevolence: you wish the best for the other.

Maybe don’t prepare anything for the tutorial, just talk with him about things that come up. Or the other way round: plan the session. It’s up to you and the way he and you are.

Maybe don’t give ‘lessons’ to the kid: tell him things as if you two were a team with the same goals.” / Photo from: fomento de centros de enseñanza. preceptuación alumno profesor España
