2155. Assessing my labor in order to improve

Self-assessment may be a sound instrument for the teacher to get to learn how he’s teaching.

He can ask himself three questions for the last period, for example one month: What did I do well?
What did I do wrong?
What could I do better?

As well the teacher can teach his students to make this self-exam or feedback, with the same three questions. / Photo from: discobolo di mirone www frantecommorante it
