2155. Assessing my labor in order to improve



Self-assessment may be a sound instrument for the teacher to get to learn how he’s teaching. 

He can ask himself three questions for the last period, for example one month: What did I do well? 
What did I do wrong? 
What could I do better?

  I wrote a few days ago the following.  One more year has begun. And today I’m going to let you know about something I lately do when lesson planning, in case it may help you out.  I teach English to adults. And when I start to plan a new lesson, I wonder, Okay, what should I do to really help my students learn that language?
