1809. How to achieve students' affection
Students can follow
your directions and instructions for fear.
However I’d tell you, if you let me do
so, that once discipline is settled in a classroom, it’s better your students
would follow you because of affection and self-discipline.
How to attain that?
Well,
first set a few rules and routines, and be coherent, and you will have settled discipline more
or less.
Then treat them with affection, with no strange things, all normal. The
way you address each student is a mixture of discipline and affection. / Photo
