1924. How to relax



In order to relax ourselves before an exam or we teachers before a class we can follow these tricks: 
breathing deeply once and slowly, 
relaxing the tense muscles of the face, 
slowing down the rhythm of thoughts per minute and second, 
relaxing arms and legs and body as if they were rather heavy, 
letting them drop, 
moving slowly, 
sitting down,
