1415. Don't be a glacial-ice person with your students

Teacher A said to teacher B, “Don’t be a far-away person from your students.

This point has nothing to do with discipline.

You can combine a model for your students, who sets examples, with being close to them and their concerns, which ones your students have told you in the individual tutoring sessions – remember: a male teacher for the boys, and a female teacher for the girls.

Another day you can ask him or her about those concerns at the hall or at the corridor of your school, when coming accross them.” / Photo from: drinking tea 1350266c.   www lulin teas com
