1416. Practical learning

Teacher B said to teacher A, “Something practical we implement in our classes is as follows.

The key point in our classes is to become able to communicate in English.

The practical thing we carry out is that I ask my adult students how they would say a short message in English. For instance, ‘How would you say Tengo prisa, lo siento, in English?

I assume this is realistic communication. The material basis we work on are worksheets a student copies for me and for all his classmates.

More examples, ‘How would you say Ana tenía una casa muy confortable?lo mejor es llamar a los bomberos? …es una persona muy amigable?” / Photo from: tal playing chess. questgarden com
