1571. Truth, love, happiness in literature

In movies and novels nowadays you can realize that the protagonist is searching truth, faithfulness, happiness, true love.

After reading novels in English and at each session of reading you can discuss and ask your students about truth, faithfulness, happiness, true love from the passages read.

That is an advanced-level activity. And very interesting. Realistic and naturalistic English will be produced. Don’t correct many errors and mistakes from your students’ contributions – now the important point is communication.

Those points or subject matters are universal, both in time and countries. / Photo from: studying library  giving ucdavis edu
