While working silently in the classroom, with an atmosphere of working out an exercise or a text for example, don’t shout at a disruptive student – go to his desk and correct the misbehavior.

And today I’m going to let you know about something I lately do when lesson planning, in case it may help you out.  I teach English to adults.
