In order to maintain and keep marriage steady and a nice family it’s convenient the spouses should have some time to talk. 

 For example when all the kids already are in bed at night. 

 Remember that the wife expects to be said “I love you” although they may have been married for twenty or thirty years. And the husband expects the reckoning of his facts, facts, facts.
