"You have to teach your students, or make them learn on their own, practice, get aware about how to understand, to grasp the meaning of a conversation or an oral text.
Each student utilizes varied strategies:
words which are similar to ones of L1,
already known words,
peering in the gestures and expressions of the body and face (eye-contact is significant and is ELOQUENT to understand),
picking up words,
figuring out,
taking into account what the topic was,
possible clues by the teacher, etc."

First premise.  However if I skip any compromise, I can't use my freedom.  If I compromise with someone about something I must fulfill it, right?  Albeit some people think that getting married for example doesn't entail to live with your spouse for the rest of your life, I'd say that compromise is for all the lifetime of one of the spouses however. And today I’m going to let you know about something I lately do when lesson planning, in case it may help you out.  I teach English to adults. And when I start to plan a new lesson, I wonder, Okay, what should I do to really help my students learn that language? They don’t worry about what the native language equivalents are. They don’t mentally translate things as they’re listening or speaking. Your best bet would be to try being a little more childlike .
