First thing: they must feel comfortable among their classmates, and with you. Observe them whilst teaching and whilst they are speaking whatever: get to know them, and you’ll have done good to them. And today I’m going to let you know about something I lately do when lesson planning, in case it may help you out.  I teach English to adults.
