1348. Tutoring sessions can be great and helpful

Teacher B said to teacher A, “Something usual is that they say little at the tutoring sessions, at the beginning of each session.

You’ve got to learn how to ask them, tactfully, delicately. If a student wanted to tell you something, he would have looked for you before.

Ask him and listen to whatever he says to you. Something that helps to listen to is paraphrasing what he has just said. This shows a sane interest and concern, which have to be real.” / Photo from: psbehrend psu edu. peer tutoring
