The teacher of English or any other language must have a huge capability of sacrifice and endurance. 

And patience. 

He doesn’t just fulfill a schedule of classes, but he gives himself to his students, if he wishes his students learn and acquire the language.

And today I’m going to let you know about something I lately do when lesson planning, in case it may help you out.  I teach English to adults.
