Julio Gallego Codes states that something sound is for the teacher to solve for example a math problem by talking aloud and writing on the chalkboard. 

This action models the way the students will solve math problems.

And today I’m going to let you know about something I lately do when lesson planning, in case it may help you out.  I teach English to adults.
