What’s the ideal class you think? I would say one where there’s positive motivation, doing your best, positive teaching based on stimuli and boosters, encouragement, and one which fosters good attitudes. 

You achieve that by means of that positive motivation, the teacher’s attitude, cooperation by and from the students, etc.

  I wrote a few days ago the following.  One more year has begun. And today I’m going to let you know about something I lately do when lesson planning, in case it may help you out.  I teach English to adults.
