Something necessary for the teacher is relaxing and resting. 

Today is Sunday. 

Relaxing and resting are as important as work itself. 

The teacher has to learn how to relax on the weekend. And today I’m going to let you know about something I lately do when lesson planning, in case it may help you out.  I teach English to adults.
