2349. How to run a teachers meeting. Some tip
I well can remember
the sessions with other teachers of the same grades (academic years) we had to
evaluate each student’s work and other possibly remarkable circumstances, along
two or three months.
It was in the school of Jaén where I worked, before coming
to Granada.
We didn’t confine our work to grade the students and deliver the grates
bulletin to each student, to show it at home.
We used to talk about each student
at those meetings. It was something more human and humane. We evaluated the kid
and talked about what could influence in his work development and performance.
