Values and virtues are something we have to struggle for, all the time, always, life-long. 

Because of that they are points in which we grow thoroughly when trying to strive in these fields. 

Examples: neat hand-writing, magnanimity, love of benevolence, friendship, cleanness of heart, chastity, big-heart, etc.
