2441. How to Get the Most From Novels in English



A teacher of English I know is reading an unabridged novel in that language, namely a thriller. 

He reads few pages every day more or less, and after reading and enjoying, he goes back to focus on specific words he didn’t know, at random; also on phrases, not only words. He tries to learn those words.
